I had my client digging the city archives and found the original architectural drawings of his house... Fascinating stuff! Technology and requirements had grown so much in 20 years....
This found will save him money and time for the as built phase. I will be using these drawings aside a few extra measurements to put together an extention / renovation for his place.

Custom Home in Etobicoke - Silverhill

Latest custom design for Wynford Homes. 3,500 square feet, featuring 4 bedrooms on second floor, including a master suite with ensuite and walking closet. Main floor features 10 foot high ceiling.

The design has been carried through a city review, and proposal acceptance by Committee of Adjustment. Building permits will be obtained soon.

Exterior finishes are cut stone and clay brick, with lime stone trims and portico.

First concept for 3,600 square feet custom in Etobicoke

Three storey renovation, over 5,000 square feet of space redesigned and reframed completely.

Drywall is being taped and sanded, and moldings will be installed next week.

I can't wait for this mansion to be lived again in full.

Features: elevator, theatre room, wine cellar, 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen with espresso bar, new oak stairs.

Today I had a chance to go see one on my favorite sites, very happy with the outcome.

This project is situated on Red Deer, next door to another one of my favorite project.

The photo shows part of the front/ side wall. Finishes chosen are dark brick and tongue and groove cedar boards, and the gables will be finished in cedar shakes. I can already see it. Stay tuned for more.
