From the drafting table

Victorian inspired farmhouse in Ajax.
Defining massing and details.
4600 square feet plus 600  square feet bonus room. The house features a reading room at the front, away from the most lived parts of the house. Living and formal dining. A large family space at the rear with large eat-in kitchen. Plenty of windows and amazing views.

4,900 square feet of marvelous!

Chateau Style
This Chateau style two storey home is my best custom design to date. The design was complex and complete of details, every part of the client’s wish list was ultimately accomplished: from a warm and private family space, to a welcoming guest accommodation and dynamic entertainment spaces. Gallery style hallways open to a series of skylights in the second floor ceiling, shining through to the main floor. High ceilings were a must.

The exterior elevations feature an intricate customized classical precast work, and roof lines, that had allowed me to emphasize the elegant, and yet powerful presence of this home on the corner of this amazing area of Toronto.

Upper beaches custom

Today I had a chance to go see one on my favorite sites, very happy with the outcome.

This project is situated on Red Deer, next door to another one of my favorite project.

The photo shows part of the front/ side wall. Finishes chosen are dark brick and tongue and groove cedar boards, and the gables will be finished in cedar shakes. I can already see it. Stay tuned for more.
