Three storey renovation, over 5,000 square feet of space redesigned and reframed completely.

Drywall is being taped and sanded, and moldings will be installed next week.

I can't wait for this mansion to be lived again in full.

Features: elevator, theatre room, wine cellar, 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen with espresso bar, new oak stairs.

Upper beaches custom. Finished, and going on the market.

Framing stage is over. Rough ins are being installed. The project is moving really well.
I am very happy with the outcome.
