Chateau Style

This Chateau style two storey home is my best custom design to date. The design was complex and complete of details, every part of the client’s wish list was ultimately accomplished: from a warm and private family space, to a welcoming guest accommodation and dynamic entertainment spaces. Gallery style hallways open to a series of skylights in the second floor ceiling, shining through to the main floor. High ceilings were a must.


The exterior elevations feature an intricate customized classical precast work, and roof lines, that had allowed me to emphasize the elegant, and yet powerful presence of this home on the corner of this amazing area of Toronto.

CHMC is now offering grants for Home Adaptations for Seniors' Independence (HASI):

Homeowners and landlords may qualify for assistance if:

The occupant is 65 years of age or over and has difficulty with daily living activities due to loss of ability brought on by aging.
The total household income is at or below the program income limit for the area.
The home is a permanent residence.
